# -------------------------------------------- # CITATION file created with {cffr} R package # See also: https://docs.ropensci.org/cffr/ # -------------------------------------------- cff-version: 1.2.0 message: 'To cite package "SpectraStash" in publications use:' type: software license: GPL-3.0-only title: 'SpectraStash: Serialize and restore Spectra objects in interoperable file formats' version: 0.97.4 doi: 10.32614/CRAN.package.SpectraStash abstract: The serialization mechanism of R allows to save and load R data objects in a binary format, that can however not be read by other programming languages or software. The SpectraStash package implements the serialization methods from the MsStash package for Spectra objects and its MsBackend classes. A variety of different file formats and types, including HDF5 and JSON-based formats defined by the Bioconductor *alabaster* package are supported. The file type can be defined and configured through a second argument `param` of the save/read methods. authors: - family-names: Rainer given-names: Johannes email: Johannes.Rainer@eurac.edu orcid: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6977-7147 - family-names: Louail given-names: Philippine email: philippine.louail@eurac.edu orcid: https://orcid.org/0009-0007-5429-6846 repository: https://rformassspectrometry.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/RforMassSpectrometry/SpectraStash commit: 24a8d18cf3ab31981b321d9d413c367ae66d7b00 url: https://github.com/RforMassSpectrometry/SpectraStash date-released: '2026-06-18' contact: - family-names: Rainer given-names: Johannes email: Johannes.Rainer@eurac.edu orcid: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6977-7147
